Natural diet for hyperthyroid

Bismillah....

Baru je sudah appointment untuk check up. LOL. Kalau diikutkan, memang tak nak buat dah test, tapi demi menjaga hati mak dan ayah, pergi saja. :)
Hasilnya, bakal jadi lab rat nanti. kuikui.

So far my progress on hyperthyroid is alhamdulillah, much better than before. No medication taken, as i wanted my breastmilk to be clear from drugs. Tadi doctor ada prescribed ubat for slow my heart rate n for thyroid itself, might also skip it. Kang tak pasal nak lowered my thyroid hormon, anak ku kena hypo. Nauzubillah.

Tak setuju dengan western medication, tapi still respect the doctors profession. Your skills still be needed.

Ok. For the past 1.5months, husband been watching my diets, and been spoon fed me with supplements. lol. Alhamdulillah, dari demam malam, sakit badan, lemah sendi, tak bermaya, jantung berdegup laju, pening semua beransur hilang.

Supplement yang diambil, B complex (untuk tenangkan diri), kelp (redakan degupan jantung) dan Nutri Blend 1000 (untuk baik pulih sel)

My daily routine from am-pm in general would be :
         1. Nutri blend 1000, B complex, susu kambing+madu asli, heavy breakfast
         2. Minum jus, lunch
         3. Minum petang
         4. Minum jus, dinner, b complex, susu kambing+madu asli, vco (virgin coconut oil)

Jus/ buah-buahan yang diambil daily : nenas, buah epal merah, epal hijau, oren, anggur, pisang ( Nenas is a must dalam seminggu mesti 4-5kali, sebab boleh rasa perbezaan kat badan iaitu badan jadi bertenanga dan tenang)

Makanan yang dielak/dikurangkan/diberhentikan seketika : udang, sotong, kerang, telur, daging merah (buat rasa2 boleh la, tapi kalau berlebihan memang badan jadi cepat penat.)
White flour ( badan cepat penat kalau makan, ni makan sikit pon dah boleh rasa beza)
White sugar ( jantung akan suddenly increase and lethargic) instead of white sugar, i replace it with raw honey/brown sugar. Lebih berkhasiat.

Preservatives, coloring in food is a NO. So, no more outside food, no more junk food. Boooo!! haha...

Bagi aku, Allah dah atur cantik sakit ni, dulu memang berniat nak switch white sugar kepada brown sugar/raw honey, so now badan dah adapt dengan cara pemakanan baru. Lebih sihat, so kesan dia pada ahli keluarga ku jua...hihi..

Selagi boleh sihat dengan cara natural, insyaAllah kami akan usahakan. Ubat, simpan je la as a back up. Sian, badan aku selama ni pon dah byk sangat toksin, now Allah nak bersihkan..mungkin nak bersihkan sebelum ke sana? InsyaAllah...Allah Maha Mengetahui...


Kita merancang, Dia merancang, Tapi Allah sebaik2 perancang. Alhamdulillah.

Salam ummi, how r u doing? Kinda admire ur diet and supplements of ur thyroid disorder, as me also hv been suffering from hyperthyroidism for more than 8 yrs already..am in d midst of changing my eating habit and style as well..care to join us at our FB group 'Tairod Dan Anda', maybe we could exchange ideas related to thyroid thingy..takecare..
